Workforce Development
At Community 2 Me, we equip residents with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to pursue meaningful careers and long-term success.

Through our training arm, Michigan Technology and Trades Institute (MTTI), participants gain access to industry-focused training, pre-apprenticeship programs, apprenticeship opportunities, and career readiness support designed to prepare them for today's workforce and tomorrow's opportunities.
