At Community 2 ME Network, we make an impact within the following areas:
Workforce Development, through our training arm – Michigan Technology and Trades Institute, we believe that strong communities thrive when individuals have access to high-quality workforce development opportunities that lead to long-term, equitable career pathways. By equipping residents with essential skills and connecting them to emerging industries, we help build a resilient and future-ready workforce. We offer training in Pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship, and more.
Community Engagement, our commitment extends beyond training to meaningful community outreach and engagement. We engage with local leaders, organizations, and residents to understand community needs and expand access to critical resources. Through collaborative programs, neighborhood-based initiatives, and culturally responsive engagement, we create environments where individuals and families can grow, contribute, and succeed.
Sustainability, together, our efforts support economic growth and a more sustainable environment across the communities we serve. By strengthening both human potential and the physical places people call home, the Community 2 ME Network plays a vital role in driving clean energy adoption, reducing environmental burdens, and promoting long-term community resilience.
